We give our guests a picnic atmosphere in the early morning at dawn in the mountains, in the first rays of the rising sun, accompanied by invigorating acoustic modern Ossetian music and in interiors with modern national elements.
Our brunch cafe is the perfect place to indulge in the aesthetics and gastronomy of brunch at any moment of the day and to celebrate a new day - alone, with friends or family.
Healthy cuisine
A wide range of classic breakfasts and brunches with a focus on healthy food from local fruits of nature. Minimum fried, maximum baked and raw: fruits, herbs, granola, nuts. A wide range of positions for vegetarians and vegans.
Topical drinks
In addition to specialty coffee from local roasters made from grains from different regions in the classic, Batch brew and V60 format, drinks are represented by a wide Healthy line (fresh drinks, smoothies, lemonades made from fruits, vegetables, berries, and kombucha). Sparkling wine, wine and craft beers from local breweries are also on the menu for relaxed brunches.
